Refund Policy

At Kulture Elevation, we strive to provide exceptional consulting services that meet and exceed your expectations. We value your satisfaction and are committed to delivering results that align with your business goals. However, due to the nature of consulting services, refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under specific circumstances, such as:

  • Failure to deliver services as agreed upon in the signed contract or service agreement.

  • Cancellation of services initiated by Kulture Elevation prior to the commencement of work.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Deposits or Retainers: Any deposit or retainer paid to secure consulting services is non-refundable, as these funds are used to allocate resources and block time for your project.

  • Completed Services: Once a service has been rendered or delivered as per the agreed terms, it is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations by the Client: If the client cancels the service after work has begun, any payments made are non-refundable, except at the discretion of Kulture Elevation

3. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of the issue or concern, providing detailed information about the reason for your refund request.

  2. Review Period: Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. We may require additional documentation or clarification during this process.

  3. Resolution: Once your request has been reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome and any approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best outcomes, clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the consulting engagement.

  • Actively participate in meetings, discussions, and agreed-upon deliverables.

  • Communicate concerns or dissatisfaction promptly, giving us the opportunity to address and resolve any issues before requesting a refund.

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may affect eligibility for refunds.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel services, please notify us in writing at least 5 business days in advance. The following terms apply:

  • Cancellation Before Work Begins: If services are canceled prior to the commencement of work, you may be eligible for a partial refund, less any administrative fees.

  • Cancellation After Work Begins: If services are canceled after work has commenced, no refunds will be issued for work already completed or time already allocated.

6. Dispute Resolution

We reserve the right to grant or deny refunds at our discretion based on extenuating circumstances or issues outside of the standard policy.
