Terms and Conditions for Promotions

At Kulture Elevation, we occasionally offer promotions, discounts, and special offers to provide added value to our clients. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of any promotional offers and must be read carefully before participation. By redeeming or participating in a promotion, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility

Promotions are open to eligible individuals or businesses as determined by Kulture Elevation.

Eligibility criteria include:

2. Promotional Period

3. Redemption of Promotions

Promotions are valid for a single use unless otherwise noted.

4. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable

6. Modifications and Termination

Kulture Elevation reserves the right to:

Modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, for any reason.
Substitute any promotional offer with an offer of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

7. Fraud or Abuse

Promotions are subject to review. If fraud, abuse, or misuse of a promotion is suspected, Kulture Elevation

reserves the right to:

Refuse redemption of the promotion.
Cancel any associated bookings or agreements.
Take legal action if necessary.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

If a service purchased with a promotion is canceled by the client, refunds will be processed according to Kulture Elevation’s Refund Policy but the value of the promotion will not be refunded.
If a promotion results in a free or discounted consultation and the client fails to show up without providing prior notice, the promotion may be voided for future use.

9. Disclaimers

Promotions are offered “as-is” and without guarantees of specific results or outcomes.
Kulture Elevation is not responsible for any technical errors, omissions, or interruptions that prevent the redemption or use of a promotion.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas/United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Texas/United States of America.
